Step 1: Online Booking
Submit your booking request online at www.wiyo.my, by filling in your travel details and proceed to make payment through our dedicated MOLPAY payment gateway. Once online booking is completed, you will receive a Booking Summary. Customer Service Officer will email you to confirm payment receipt and secure your Wiyo WiFi order.
Step 2: Pick-Up / Courier Delivery
Pick-Up @ Wiyo KLIA2
Pick-up your Pocket WiFi device at our counter located at KLIA2 Arrival Hall Level L2-13 click here for counter location on the departure date, just quote either your Booking No or Mobile No upon pick-up. You can also request to have a representative to pick-up for you (please notify us in advanced), your representative will need to quote the Booking No or your Mobile No.
Pick-Up @ Wiyo KLIA1
We will send you the device at KLIA 1 departure hall. Wiyo officer will contact you on the departure date and time, You can also request to have a representative to pass the device to you (please notify us in advanced), your representative will need to quote the Booking No or your Mobile No.
Courier Delivery (arranged by Wiyo)
Wiyo can arrange to courier your Wiyo WiFi device to your designated address within Klang Valley (KL) area at RM15 per way, 1 day before your departure date. Commercial address is always preferred as delivery is easier to manage by our appointed courier company. Courier delivery time varies, but it is usually between 09:00 - 18:00. Please note that Wiyo has no control on courier arrival time, so, please make sure someone will be present to answer the door.
Step 3: DEPARTURE
Our Wiyo WiFi is usually fully charged, but please double check to make sure it has full battery before your departure. Most importantly, please remember to turn OFF your data roaming feature on your smartphone, otherwise, you may incur shocking roaming charges from your local network operator (e.g. Maxis, Celcom, Digi).
Step 4: TRIP
As soon as you arrive at your destination, just POWER ON the pocket wifi and login to the SSID account with the given password to begin surfing abroad.
Step 5: RETURN
KLIA 2 Return
Upon your return from overseas, please arrange to return your rental device to Wiyo Counter located at KLIA 2 Arrival Hall L2-13 after you landed Malaysia. For those who landed after 12am after our operation hour. You can drop the device at our counter DROP BOX. We will refund the full amount of deposit to you within 7 working days via bank transfer. Please note that our KLIA 2 counter is operating 24/7.
KLIA 1 Return
For those Landed in KLIA 1, we will arrange officer to collect from you based on your arrival time you insert at the check out page when you placing a booking. For off operation hour ( 12.30am - 5.30am ) We will arrange courier to pick up from you,courier fee of RM15 will be charged on customer. If the device is returned in good condition and no missing items, our Customer Service Officer will bank transfer RM200 to refund your security deposit. You can either return by yourself or have someone else (such as your appointed courier or your secretary) to return on behalf of you.
Courier Return (arranged by Wiyo)
Wiyo can arrange courier to your designated address within Klang Valley (KL) to pick-up your device between 09:00 - 18:00 one day after you returned to Malaysia. If the device is returned in good condition and no missing items, our Customer Service Officer will bank-in the deposit to your designated account (either by crossed cheque or bank transfer). Please note that courier pick-up time varies, so, make sure someone will be present to answer the door before 18:00.
Courier return from outside of Klang Valley ( Johor, Pulau Pinang, or Sabah and Sarawak )
Customer need to return the device by them via any courier company, we will not charge you and extra rental fee as long as you provide us the postage tracking number on the next day after you have return to Malaysia.
